So, this episode. WAS AWESOME.
Well, let me just point out that as much I would rather not like Asami…I feel like she is useful to Team Avatar. She has quick thinking skills and she can fight which is always beneficial. HOWEVER. I am not sure how useful she will be when the ultimate showdown between Team Avatar and Amon happens. We shall see about that. ANYWAYS.
PREDICTION NUMBERO UNO: Makorra will not officially happen until Season Two. I think Asami and Mako will break up this season, probably within the next two episode simply because Ikki opened her ginormous mouth about Korra liking Mako infront of Asami. (However, I’m sure all of the Makorra shippers are rather thankful.) I think when Mako finds out that Tarrlok kidnapped Korra, he’s gonna start talking about her and Asami is gonna be like “YO, WHAT THE HECK?” and then he’s gonna mention the kiss. And all hell breaks loose between them in jail. Plus, I think Mako is gonna chase after Korra in Season Two…seeing as how he follows her to the South Pole in one of the leaked development pics for Season Two.
PREDICTION NUMBERO DOS: Korra may not learn to airbend until Season Two. I have yet to see her make any attempt to airbend, so my hopes for that have left Season One and have gone to Season Two. HOWEVER, I do feel like Korra will enter the Avatar State this season, maybe the finale, and that’s when she gets tips from Aang on how to airbend. So, Bryke, don’t screw me over please.
PREDICITON NUMBERO TRES: Meelo will still be freakin’ awesome. But I have a feeling the airbender kids will help retrieve Korra from Tarrlok. That’d be sick in my opinion.
PREDICTION NUMBERO QUATRO: Asami MIGHT move to the Equalist side if she and Mako break up. I have the ever so slightest feeling that she is actually working for the Equalists, but I’m just gonna be a little more positive than that. She’s gonna be upset when she finds out about Korra and Mako though.
PREDICTION NUMBERO CINCO: Tarrlock is probably not working with Amon, however he is trying to create the same thing as Amon except for benders. This of course will not help the war or anything and it’s clearly screwed up. But I just thought I would mention that…
So…those are my predictions. By the way did I mention that Meelo is freakin’ awesome? I need to stop.
